Even though women aren't able to do everything that men can do, Patsy Mink had many concerns with women not being able to do sports in high schools and college. Because Males and females are equal no matter what is going on and the federal law states that "no person in the United States shall on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance." .
