a Persuasive Thesis Statement on Patsy Mink and Title 9:

Patsy Mink should be the hero of all females who are enjoying sports and their education. Even though People say that women aren't up to the same level as men and they can't do the what men can. Title nine clearly states that "No person in the U.S. shall, on the basis of sex be excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving federal aid." and by her doing this she challenges the stereotype about where a woman's place is.
